I’m understanding that Twinmotion will be free download until November? If so Is this a web-based program that I can sign in from any computer and work or do I need to download it all over once I replace my computer?

Twinmotion is a software installed to your computer. It would need to be re-installed if you change computers.
But the rights to install the free version of Twinmotion are saved to your Epic account once you register, so you’ll be able to install it as often as you need, even after we have stopped allowing new signups for the free version.
