Free twinmotion with graphisoft account

hi,
twinmotion is supposed to be free with graphisoft account but this isn’t working. I tried contacting ‘support’ for epic games and unreal engine but it looks like there’s no support for unreal engine. This is super frustrating. Has anyone been able to get this to work?

You are right, Twinmotion should be free for people with Graphisoft promotion.
I’m sure you tried this already but the first thing to do is to visit the Graphisoft site and follow the instructions on this page : https://twinmotion.graphisoft.com/

I have the same problem. When I enter the “contact us” button, it says page is invalid.
I am trying to solve this problem for 4 days already, and I just cant reach anybody from Epic Games or Unreal Engine.

I assume you are logged in with your epic games account right?
What browser are you on ? can you try if you have the same issue using an incognito window?
In the meantime, let me try to help with your Twinmotion issue. What is the problem exactly?
