Free Megascans and entities with 100k+ revenue

I have been unable to find an explicit answer for this while searching.

The FAB standard licence has 2 pricing tiers : Personal and Professional. Professional is required for entities with over 100k+ revenue per year.

When claiming the free Megascans assets before the end of the year, are they free to use in any tool (UE, Maya, Houdini, etc) at any revenue level (Personal or Professional)?

This is assuming that we do not have an existing Quixel licence and would be downloading all assets from FAB going forward.

and if you try to contact support on quixel if you don’t have an account with filled business VAT the page doesn’t prompt you to support just saying. You are not alone

The Megascan assets claimed for free until year-end can be used in any tool or engine and grant access to the Personal and Professional license tiers according to the Fab Standard License agreement.
