There is a password above the download button. Simply copy and paste it.

Yeah a password was added to the ziped folder. Is the assets no longer free?
Ran into this a while ago as well. If you took the time to read the blog post by m.orzelek, the password is above the download linkā¦

for anyone using the non-shattered ones and it doesent work its because the dirt texture isnāt assigned
just replace all the textures with an error with the dirt texture
