In December of last year I added the game Outer Worlds as a free game, which was
listed as a permanent addition to my library if I claimed it by 11:00pm EST on 12-25-23,
but when my game install became somewhat corrupted, I uninstalled the game and tried
to re-install, but the game is now gone from the library of my account. (I have only one
account). Is this game permanently gone from my account library?
I tried restarting the EGS client and clearing the cache, but this game
is still missing from my account library.
