This should be stickied, and have the title changed to “Unreal Engine Free Community Assets” (it’s a little cleaner )

Also, the resources category is a little broad. You should split that into templates, static meshes, materials, etc.

There is also a community tutorial sticky on here, so this one should stick with Assets.
