It would be best if we could combine this list with this one:

Currently that thread is stickied in the Content Creation section, however if you guys think this section would be better we can move it here and merge the two.

I think here is better. I always checked this forum for free content. Never had the idea to check the Content Creation section.

Also I think requiring a clear license would be good (e.g. is it CC0, CC-by, CC-by-sa, and I myself would exclude CC-nc (non commercial only)).
