Framerate Swinging a lot for no reason! (BUG?)

I made an empty project to test out Lumens with, I had 60FPS in the FirstPErsonExample scene.
Than when I tweaked the post processing volume for lumens quality, the FPS dipped to 14 FPS.

Than when I took a screenshot of my scene with Puush, the FPS jumped back up to 52 FPS without having changed anything in the scene.

I think this is just a bug, where some things do not get properly updated in the engine perhaps?
