Framerate microstutter if editor is displayed on multiple monitors


I’ve just found out that whenever I am using UE4 Editor on dual monitor setup, I get significant amount of microstutter and lack of framerate smoothness. I’ve recorded a 60FPS video to show you the issue. If I remove the window from the second monitor and put it back on the primary one, then the framerate smoothness is back.

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well. The hardware should not be an issue, since it’s super trivial level and I have GTX1080Ti with latest drivers.
