FPS in build are significantly higher than traced frame time in editor

In playmode my FPS seems to be capped at 120, while in the packaged build it goes up to ~220 FPS. My Unreal Insights trace shows a frame time of roughly ~8ms, which translates to about 125 FPS, which doesn’t really seem to be accurate for either, but at least it’s somewhere near the playmode fps.

Given the FPS cap in playmode, my central question is, what the best approach is to get accurately traced frame times that correspond to the build fps?
