Can anyone interpret what is happening here? At some moments in my game when I look at specific places, the FPS drops drastically, I printed a frame of that moment to try to understand what is happening but I can’t understand it.

What it’s looking like is your tick-
Can you post another pic to compare to in the higher framerate areas? Just comparing the two should help find the culprit. That being said, I’m going to assume it’s something in your environment with a large amount of triangles being rendered when it comes into view.

It could have something to do with the render settings of your terrain?
Is this on terrain? Have you tried it on a flat plane with a simple texture? This could be a death-by-a-thousand-blades (of grass) situation.
The only time I remeber I saw crazy spikes was with tesselation depending on how much of it was and if lights intersected (shadows etc).
