Fps drop in editor

Hello,
just by marking anything but view port engine is too slow and by hover or drop down anything same issue happens
the video explains my issue

pc spec

cpu : xeon e5 1660e

ram 32gb

gpu gtx 1080

I tested same simple project on 4.11 and it is working fine no fps drop issue not even while building
the issue happens when iam using 4.12.5

Issue fixed :
by removing epicgames launcher

I also had to use
Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed

to completely remove it

reinstalled epic launcher … didn’t have to download the engine ( u must copy it somwhere or it will be removed ) along with vault

everything is working as it should be. have a good day
