Found zero scale value in bone transform

Hi!
I’ve been working on a VR unreal project for a while, and most of my characters import perfectly fine into unreal from maya. One character, no matter what I try imports with animation, but the rig explodes when he starts moving. He has wings, and it looks like a few vertices from one wing just shoot off into the distance. I also get this error when importing - Found zero scale value in bone transform. Bone name: [Alec_RT_WingFold_01_JT_01]. If anyone has any idea what is happening, some guidance would be much appreciated.
