Forum Topic Search does not work

The Topic Search does not work on these forums:

  1. Click the search box while inside a topic
  2. Click “In This Topic” button to limit search to the topic
  3. Type the searched term
  4. Press enter key

Result: The search results are from all forum topics, not just the one search was started from

Expected: The search results found are only from the topic the search was started in

Also, when I want to change the searched term and hit the usual Ctrl+A followed by backspace, it deletes also the “in this topic filter”. That’s really poor UX.

Here’s the example of the problem:

  • The searched term will not show until Enter key is pressed
  • Once Enter is pressed, the searched term will show for a short moment but then a page with forum-wide search results is redirected to

Straight up, there’s currently no sane way to search individual topics on these forums.
