Fortnite Player Character Template

The Fortnite Player Character Template gives developers a subclassable Fortnite character with configurable movement and gameplay components.

The Fortnite Player Character Template is an entity prefab that developers can subclass, extend with custom components, and tune through its inherited component properties. Its built-in mechanics cover character behavior such as locomotion, sprinting, crouching, sliding, jumping, mantling, swimming, gliding, skydiving, and Down But Not Out. Developers can adjust values such as movement speeds, acceleration, jump behavior, traversal settings, and revive behavior, or remove and disable mechanics that are not needed for an experience. The prefab provides the existing Fortnite character behavior as a configurable foundation rather than requiring each custom character to implement those systems from scratch.

It would be epic if we can change things at runtime too! :fire:

Would be really good if it could have a scale modifier too (for things like you did with Doom/Thanos where they’re slightly bigger)

This is awesome! I think proper character state control is one of the biggest things that’s missing right now, and I hope this will fill that gap

please it’s a complete need, make this available as soon as possible
