Hello, I’m creating this post (sorry if it’s not exactly the right category, I’m having a little trouble understanding how the support works) because for a few weeks, I can no longer play Fortnite (and also MyHeroUltraRumble ) since I reset my computer.
I tried everything, I contacted Microsoft support (without success), and I also contacted EpicGames support who redirected me to UnrealEngines support, because apparently it would be a problem related to that. To explain to you, a few weeks ago, I decided to reset my computer after having made a mess in the files, since then, when I launch the two games, I go to the loading screen, it loads for a little while then the games end up crashing with an error message from UnrealEngines (see screenshots, I translated the Fortnite one).
I first thought that my computer was getting old (Intel(R) Core™ i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 16 GB of RAM and Nvidia GTX970 graphics card, but that didn’t explain why only these two games no longer work since the reset. It was only after trying everything (and resetting the computer three more times) that I made the link with UnrealEngines, because the two error messages came from them.
I so I went to look in the Fortnite logs and after briefly reading, I think that it comes from UnrealEngines, so I also put the OneDrive link of the logs below. I hope you can help me, you are my last hope before setting my computer on fire. Thank you very much.
