(Fortnite) Launcher failing to install/ Error 2738

I am running Windows 7 64 bit on an ASUS g75V
Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30 GHz, 16.0 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX660M

I have gotten a log from running the launcher in cmd. It doesn’t mean much to me,

I’ve tried a few of the vb related solutions but no joy yet. . .
