So I downloaded and launched it, but when I got to the menu, the mouse started freezing every second. Then if I leave the window of the game, it continues to freeze on whatever I am on. It makes the game unplayable and I was wondering if anybody knew a fix to it. My PC runs Pubg (on low); however, when I go to troubleshoot, it says I only have 2 cores running on my CPU apparently. When I go to my system information, it says i have 6 cores. So I do not know if that is what the problem, but I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this. Thank you in advance!
