We are investigating an issue in UEFN where the project browser may not find projects, resulting in the user being prompted to “Sync” a new copy of the project or manually “Browse” for it on disk. The prompt you see depends on whether the project is backed by revision control.
Please note your work is not lost even if you have already synced a new copy of the project. You can use the ‘Browse’ button in the project panel to find the project’s location on disk and open the copy with your latest changes. We will let you know when we have an update or a fix.
We’re investigating an issue where UEFN may crash after pushing Verse changes that contain Scene Graph components. We will post an update when we have more information or a fix.
The issue where UEFN was crashing after pushing Verse changes that contain Scene Graph components has been resolved. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this!
We have been working on features that could cause Verse to abort and then retry the transaction. You may see logs that have “(Rolling Back)”, followed by the same log’s success, even in functions that aren’t marked as <transacts>.
In a future version, we’ll make these logs silent, so the behavior will be the same as before.
We’re investigating an issue in UEFN where Auto Localization is failing to complete. We have disabled Auto Localization in UEFN while we work on a fix. We will let you know when we have more information.
We’re aware of an issue where custom values set in Bounce Launch Value and Forward Launch Value revert to default in v36.20.
A fix is on the way, which should restore bouncers that existed when 36.20 released to their pre-36.20 values. Bouncers that have been modified in 36.20 will not be affected.
Creators can manually re-edit these options in 36.20 to try to match pre-36.20 behavior or wait for the fix to restore it in 36.30.
