Fortnite Creative Play Test Servers disconnect error during playtest. [URGENT CLIENT WORK]

Summary

Every time we try to test the game we are disconnected from the testing server with the following error. “We lost our connection to the match.” The internet connection is fine and Fortnite Statue doesn’t report any outages so I suppose it’s a bug in the test servers.

We need this resolved ASAP because this is a clients Island and we need to turn it in this weekend or find ourselves in legal trouble for missing the deadline.

With such a broken system UEFN should NOT be pushed to studios for client work.

This is ridiculous, I’ve seen this issue in some other forums dating back a year with no response from either Epic Games staff or the community so it seems to be one of the many many ignored bugs. The sad part is we have such a hard time keeping clients because of not being able to keep deadlines because of the constant bugs in UEFN. It’s bad enough clients don’t want to compete with their own Stolen IP within discovery now we can’t promise deadlines and milestones because of the bugs in the software as well as the testing platforms.

FORT-946943 has been added to our ‘To Do’ list. Someone’s been assigned this task.
