I have been bricking the editor far more then normal today. after some 80 or so task manager end tasks this request came sort of natural.
The PIE editor has a tendency to get stuck in cyclical infinite loops that aren’t caused by anything the engine can detect - bad testing behavior is bad testing behavior after all.
If only we had the ability to force stop just pie instead of the whole engine, it would save so much time for everything experiencing said issues.
Something like a key bind that forces pie to quit would be super useful - ofc. that’s assuming the editor can even receive input while in this state.
