Force load of external actor outside of cell region

Hi, is there a way to load specific external actor that are outside of the loaded region?

Say I want to find all the instances for an asset to delete it for example, in ue4 this was very simple, find all the levels referenced and then select actors using this asset.
In ue5 if you have lots of instances you literally have to load the whole map which can be a nightmare for big projects.
