Force feedback does not work in packaged builds

Confirmed that force feedback plays in PIE,
but when I package a Dev build without any changes, the force feedback does not happen on any of the gamepads.

Could this be because my project settings say not to include the Editor content (I’m trying to get my very small game that has almost no content down to less than 500 MB) ? Is force feedback an Editor content?

I could try rebuilding the game with Editor content included to find out but it takes a few hours so if I can get an answer without having to do that, that would be great.

Also what if it’s not because of Editor content? Then what could be wrong?
