I would like to know if you can use real team logos on Fortnite maps if there is no copyright.

If you’re worried about it, I wouldn’t touch it. While some jerseys don’t have official copyright protections, these companies can still sue for trying to associate your product with their brand. Not to mention, these are companies based in many different countries, each which has their own set of laws. If your game is big enough to get attention from these brands, you’ll probably get a cease and desist before being pursued for legal action, so if you do end up using their branding, that would be the time to take it down.
