Font resolution of 3d Widget

It seems text added to widgets does not scale well. When it starts getting to a small font size, it completely breaks down and is illegible. Text renders however look perfectly fine at the same world scale.

Below is the text in a widget. It says “This is the text” over and over:

Here is the same text in a text renderer. I know it looks bigger but it’s the same size as one line above:

So does anyone know how to make the UMG font look as good as the text render font?

Having the same issue with umg text and 3d widgets. Looks like it’s getting better the further the observer is away from the text but it’s still kind of ugly. Furthermore I don’t really know how to create a game menu for VR without 3D widgets. Well, I could do it on all fours but I would do it rather not.
