Follow-up – Clear Violation of Rights on 3D Files

Summary

Hello,
I am following up regarding a blatant violation of my rights concerning two 3D files that have been downloaded without my authorization from my Sketchfab account. These files are normally not available for download and do not exist anywhere else on the internet, except exclusively on Sketchfab.
However, they are currently being sold on the Cults3D Spain website.
I have already attempted to contact the person via their Cults3D Spain account but have received no response. I have also informed the Cults France team as well as Co-founder Hugo in Spain, yet no concrete action has been taken.
It is unacceptable that such a situation has not prompted an immediate reaction, considering that this is clearly a proven theft. The concerned 3D files are exclusively visible on my Sketchfab account and cannot be downloaded under any circumstances.
I have also tried to contact Sketchfab’s Co-founder, Mr. Alban Denoyel, directly, but I have received no response.
This inaction is not only unacceptable but also contradicts your own policy of protecting works and artists. It is imperative that you take immediate measures to correct this violation.
If these files were illegally downloaded, then all my files could be at risk, along with potentially those of other Sketchfab users.

Here are my two 3D files, impossible to download!

And here are the links on Cults3D where they are being sold illegally:

I have never sold these 3D files to anyone—the problem comes from Sketchfab!!
I demand an urgent response and swift intervention to resolve this matter immediately.

Are you new here? There are multiple dedicated websites selling assets they stole from Sketchfab and they are aware of this and have been for years.

The effort to sue them and go to court in whatever country they are based in, is just not worth the trouble, especially because they can just register a new website the next day.

Best you can hope for is to report it on that website.

Hi @voguart! Firstly, thank you for reaching out!

I wanted to let you know that I’ve passed this along to the team to investigate.

Thanks!
