Foliage tool slows to a crawl at around 3 million

Hello. This last month i have been trying to fill in my open world with foliage and keep running into the same issue. The tool slows down to 3 frames or less once i get around 3 million +. All cull distances are set, shadows off for most foliage. Navemesh turned off. I can hide the world foliage in the details tab and this will slightly boost performance. Iv ran tests on new smaller maps with just two diffrent meshes. PCG seems to perform better but at around 5-6 million it will end up doing the same. Any ideas on how i can get my frames up?

My hardware is I9 14900k
RTX 4070 super 12gb
32GB ram

3 million tris? or foliage actors?

3 million foliage actors.
Draws are about 1500 resting with foliage and around 700 when painting

You probably have the instances selected - or they broke the engine like they usually do.

Either way it’s not getting fixed, so learn to deal.
