foliage disappears

I have a simple landscape covered in grass foliage. Have noticed when I zoom out to prepare for an aerial
animation the grass disapears in the distance.

If I was at ground level it wouldn’t be an issue. Any solutions? I’m not worried about frame rate. Does this happen because of pc specs?

Have also looked at LOD’s and culling.

Do you have LODs on the static meshes used for your grass? If yes you can force the engine to use some LOD levels through editor command: foliage.LODDistanceScale X or foliage.ForceLOD 0.
