Folders are created automatically each time the editor starts

I was moving my folders and some folders left with nothing, delete empty folders, however, when I start the editor again, they are created automatically without content, it’s annoying.

Any way to fix it ?

PD: v4.7.6

I sometimes need to delete the folders from windows explorer. If you do this, make sure to fix references in the editor for that folder before scrapping it.
