Floating character in persona

Hello,

I have a problem where when my character is imported from blender into UE4 he is floating, as shown in the picture, to arrange this issue i go to import translation and make the Z axis -10. The problem now fixed I close the window the open then static mesh window up again and he is still floating, I go down to import translation and the Z axis is at -10 but my character is floating. Please help

So i found the answer to my own question, to stop the character from floating you need to go in the drop down menu at the top left of the viewport and the put the floor offset to 10. Boom!

I wonder why it’s not zeroed in at that by default. they must have had a reason for it…
