Hi, I’m a beginner trying to understand my options.
A dozen static meshes (paper lanterns) will have a flame inside. The flame needs to emit light to lighten the paper lantern and make the lantern paper’s material glow naturally (yellow, orange, white, flickering, shadows, etc). Also don’t want the dozen meshes to have exactly identical fires, all flickering at the same time making them look like unrealistic clones. For example in real life a dozen candles all flicker & burn slightly differently visually.
Is niagara the best way to go with this? The end result will be used as a scene that is rendered out completely (not real-time).
