Flat-shaded material?

I’m working on a game that is supposed to look oldschool such as Alphawaves or Skyroads, although with dynamic shadows. How to set up material to do that? I’m trying to, but it still does gradients, etc. on my model instead of flat-shading each face.

Change material shading model to Unlit
