Flashing during render (MRQ & Lumen)

I’ve been attempting to render out this lumen scene throughout the day, and after searching related posts here and elsewhere, I still haven’t determined why my scene is flashing during its render. It plays fine in editor/sequencer. RT is enabled and I’m using a number of Metahumans in the scene (some not seen in the example clip). I’ve also switched to shadow maps instead of virtual shadow maps, as it was actually worse with VSMs.

I’m running 5.0.3, with i9-10900K CPU, 64GB, RTX 3090 with latest drivers (516.93).

I believe I discovered what the problem was here – seems like too many Metahumans BPs were robbing mem to render cleanly? Even forcing them to use a LOD of 8. Once I hid the majority of them, the rendering flashes were reduced (still see undulation in shadows during the camera move).
