Fixing arm bone offset when retargeting

Trying to retarget some animations from one character to another and noticed that the arms on the target character aren’t matching the arms on the source character.

Any idea why? I’ve double-checked the FK chains, no problem there. I’ve set up IK goals, but the ‘Retarget IK Goals’ op does not seem to snap the IK goals together. I’ve successfully retargeted animations from Lyra and from the default Mannequin without any problems, just seeing this issue when retargeting from the Motorica character.

Did you match their pose before retargeting, like making sure both are in T-pose or A-pose?
