After a service update on Wednesday, October 1st, we experienced a problem with our code redemption service such that a number of codes were failing to grant the expected subscription time. This problem sporadically affected any users who tried to redeem codes. In total, ~300 codes were affected. Now that we have fixed the problem, we have gone through our database and re-activated the codes that failed to grant a subscription. Anybody who had a problem redeeming their code should try again.
