First time using procedural foliage + true first-person


Hey there. I’ve been working on this scene for a game project. This whole thing is about two weeks in the making so far, between sculpting (there’s more landscape that you can’t see in these screenshots), painting, building a true first-person animation blueprint and some basic movement features, setting up the procedural grass, and building the materials. All the landscape assets come from the KiteDemo asset collection, but I made the landscape material from scratch and modified the grass mesh’s material to add macro variation and more controls over look.

Still super early obviously, but I’m pretty happy with this so far.
