First Person Movement

Hey all,

As some gamers encounter motion sickness using head-bobbing to represent walking in first-person cameras, has anyone found some effective alternatives?

Does it seem feasible to alter the player speed based on the gait? Has it ever been successful having a camera alter speeds or sway a little upon a large, sweeping movement? (simulating a big head swivel)

Mirror’s Edge used a dot in the center of the screen to combat motion sickness by giving the player something to focus on.
You could try that.
