Finished Sequencer actors loading to original state after moving out of load range for live gameplay

I have a Sequencer for an animation to have a few lava floor tiles recede at the same time as well as some boulders that fall off edges of the island. After reaching the animation in-game, and everything has moved in to place and continues to stay there, the actor will pop back to its original position once I move out of load range on the island in-game and come within the loading range of said actor. I already set the state of each Sequence to ‘keep state’ in properties, so I have no idea what could be causing this unwanted problem.
