Following the steps provided, I was unable to reproduce this issue on our end.
Steps taken:
Opened First person project
Created a new actor blueprint
Added a new variable (boolean, did not change the default name)
Right clicked the variable with in the my blueprints panel (not in the graph)
Chose Find References
In the Find Results tab, I unchecked the “Find In Current Blueprint Only”
Clicked within the text field in the Find Results tab
Pressed Enter
No crash

If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps (including any small steps that may have been missed in your original post) so as to reproduce this issue on our end?
Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints/settings that may be involved with this issue?
Could you provide the complete callstack (including machine ID)?
We have not heard back from you in a few days, so we are marking this post as Resolved for tracking purposes. If you are still experiencing the issue you reported, please respond to this message with additional information and we will follow up.
This is still broken in 4.25, about 90% of the time I do a “Find all references” and use the binoculars to search outside the current function, closing this will Freeze the editor, I have to ALT+F4 it.
How is there still no fix to this? I now have this problem no matter what I do.
I just can no longer use the binoculars button functionality. 100% crash everytime for me. No way to troubleshoot the error.
