finding a world component (actor?) in the editor?

Complete beginner here, just trying to learn basics. When I build lights I end with the LIGHTNING NEEDS TO BE REBUILT (1 unbuild object) error message. LightingTroubleshootingGuide suggests using DumpUnbuiltLightInteractions command to find out which actor is a source of problems. When I do, I get

It is clear that it is some part of the foliage that is a source of problems, but I have literally hundreds of trees/bushes/grass. I can’t find any way of locating what is the FoliageInstancedStaticMeshComponent_7 - am I missing somethign obvious?
