For macros, `Find References` is not always indexed the same way as variables/functions. Try **Find in Blueprints** instead: in a Blueprint editor use Edit → Find in Blueprints (often `Ctrl+Shift+F`), search the exact macro name, and set the scope to all Blueprints/assets. That should find macro nodes and their owning graphs; for a local macro, include the Blueprint that owns the macro, and for a Macro Library search the library/callers as well.
If the search still returns nothing, open the macro library/owning Blueprint and use the macro node’s context menu, then check the My Blueprint panel for any graphs that reference it. Save and compile the assets before deleting. For event graphs/custom events, rename from the My Blueprint panel or the graph tab context menu when F2 is not responding.
