Filters window takes up too much space when content browser is docked vertically

Hi Epic,

First of all, thanks for creating an “epic” developing platform! Now, for the topic at hand:

As you can see, the “filters” box takes up a lot of valuable screen real-estate. But I only need to set them rarely - most of the time, I would much rather be able to browse the assets and switch folders.

Can we make it possible to move the filters around? I would prefer to either be able to temporarily close the filters window, or to have it placed above the content browser.
