Filling parkings

Hello! Im new in Twinmotion and now trying to solve the problem of filling the parking lots with cars. Im using the spacing tool but the problem is that cars are placed in every slot and I would like some randomisation and not a 100% filling with cars on it. Is there any tips or advices how to make it more properly? As a 3ds max user in for the same purposes in Forest Pack for example there is an option of adding an empty objects that will be taking up the space but not visible on rendering. Tried to repeat this trick in Twinmotion but not working anyway.
