File Type Efficiency

What would be the ideal file type to process with? I have the option of using Tiff, DNG, ARW.

Would DNG and ARW have better accuracy than tiff?
I feel Like DNG takes longer to process with, maybe because of the higher compression.
Is an uncompressed Tiff faster than the other file types?

Best if you use RAW + DNG, and use TIF or JPG as source data.
