File Media Source not working in Composure

I have been trying to follow the Composure quick guide but I cannot get past adding a video element.
There’s no hint to tell me why it won’t accept this file media source. It’s just an mp4.

1. Add Media Player with Media Texture
   

   
   
   

2. Open the Media Player asset and Double click your video source and Save.
   

   

3. After that add your Media Texture to the Media Texture slot of the Composure.

Thank you so much. So now it accepts the media texture but the video will not play. Do I need to use a blueprint to make it play?
