File licensed with ppi won't save

Hello,

I’m trying to get intouch but I always en up in this page, so here I go with my question/problem. 

Y have imported two lase scans to a project and aligned. Everything ok. I licensed the imputs with my ppi credits. But the file of the project won’t save. All it does is create the folder empty and the project file with a .new extension at the end. And that’s it. I  lost the project and the credits since that file cannot be opened. 

 

Can you help, please?

did you try to save the project? Was there any error?

When you licensed your inputs, they will be licensed forever. When you are using laser scans you are licensing LSP files created by RealityCapture. After licensing them you have to use those LSP files, not laser scans. When you import laser scan again, it will create a new LSP, which are not licensed.
