hey, I simply cant fit the kit on my C drive, why does the wizard set-up not allow one to change program file destination to D or E?

When you are installing the Launcher you should have the option of choosing which drive the Launcher is installed to. By default when you install a new engine version through the Launcher, it will install to the same location as the Launcher itself. As of a recent update to the Launcher, you should also be able to choose where a new engine version will install when you press the Install button.
