FFT or Gerstner Water?

Hello just starting and I wanted to know which one of these water formulas works LESS EXPENSIVELY? I wanted to make my game as accessible as possible to all platforms (Specifically mobile) so I wanted to make it as optimized as possible but still look good.

If anyone has any secrets about these as well that would help.

This mean’s absolutely nothing.

They are math formulas. Repeated as many times as you want.
Bad performance from it? Repeat them less.

Which math formula performs better? The one with less math.
