few little important stuff missing from blueprints

there is a few method missing from blueprint

like:

  1. cant change controller FocalPoint in bp, cant override the GetFocalPointOnActor in blueprint for some reason(what make set focus useless)
  2. cant set Neutrals/Friends/Enemies for the perception class
  3. cant duplicate actors using blueprint
  4. ai perception damage sense do nothing

etc…

another request: expose AActor::Reset functionality to blueprint?
