Female character gets stretched when i use the masterpose component

Hey, when I use the masterpose component on my female character it gets stretched. With my Male charaters everything works fine. Can you help me?

Seems like her proportions are those of the male character. (are you feeding her the male mesh as a master pose by an chance?)

Otherwise I would guess this may have something to do with skeleton retargeting. Bring up you character skeleton and with the cog → show retargeting options and try options there.

The “master pose” uses whatever the skeleton is. If your rig uses the male skeleton, then the mesh will take on the male proportions.
Or, to put another way – the mesh doesn’t really know “what it should look like” – the skeleton decides everything about where things are and how big they are.
